Order Processing and Inventory
Shampvio manages its own physical inventory to ensure product quality and fast shipping; we do not operate a dropshipping model. Orders are carefully processed at our own fulfillment centers and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing times may vary slightly during periods of high order volume.

Shipping and Delivery
We ship via reputable international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority, depending on the destination.

The estimated delivery time after shipment is 5–10 business days.

During the delivery process, our system automatically sends tracking updates to your email at key milestones, including: order shipped, package picked up by the carrier, transit updates, local delivery status, and delivery completion.

If delivery exceeds the standard estimated timeframe, Shampvio will contact the carrier to investigate. Appropriate resolutions may include reshipment or a full refund.

Transfer of Risk
The risk of loss or damage to the products remains with Shampvio until actual delivery to the customer or a recipient designated by the customer.

Right of Return (Right of Withdrawal)
Where European consumer regulations apply, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

Damaged or Defective Products

Once the damage or defect upon delivery is confirmed, Shampvio will arrange for a replacement product or a full refund to your original payment account.
