   Orders are strictly processed and dispatched from our managed fulfillment facilities within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing times may vary slightly during periods of increased order volume.

8. Shipping and Delivery
   Orders are delivered using established international carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority, depending on destination.

The estimated delivery time after dispatch is 5–10 business days.

Where evidence confirms the product arrived damaged or defective, Shampvio will arrange either a replacement product or a full refund to your original payment method.
